Too bad I wasn't on the U.S. soccer team for the battle against Brazil. We could've taken 'em. There's always next year.

Working Like a Dog

The Boston Globe posted photos of Take Your Dog to Work Day. Paws up to that! I'm partial to No. 8 of Bruce Barnett and Chloe. Work makes me sleepy, too.

Take Your Dog to Work Day 6/26 (Alternative)

This Friday, June 26, is Take Your Dog to Work Day! Not all workplaces are open to this fabulous holiday. People could even try to match owners with their dogs. Paws up to all the workplaces who welcome four-legged friends!

What's in a Name?

CBS 4 in New York reports "Half of Pet Owners Give Pets Human Names." Not surprising at all, considering how much we mean to our human companions. Best line from 10-year-old Sebastian Parks: "I think it is better to treat dogs like humans because some people treat them badly and they don't deserve to be treated that way." Paws up, Sebastian!
